Founded in 2016, this cheesecake garage has 60 flavors of cheesecake and no staff. It was founded on the honor system and has continued that way. It’s open 24/7 to satisfy your late-night cravings. Pick your cheesecake slices from the many refrigerators and drop cash or check in a box or pay by Venmo. Then leave a post it on the wall with a note. Momo started baking while working as a bartender in Ellsworth and it has turned into a full time job.
