Sister-owned oyster bar on the water in Bath

oysthers

The Crosby sisters and their crew serve some of the best oysters around. They always have 4 or 5 local oysters available, including their own oysters from their farm in Georgetown. For the non-oyster lovers, they do have other things to eat including some gorgeous charcuterie boards, crab and lobster sliders, and even have steamed red hot dogs. They have local beer and some very nice wine along with a couple of canned cocktails (not a full bar). Located on the Kennebec River next to Waterfront Park. On a summer evening, get a flight of oysters and a beer, sit out back and watch the boats on the river. You may even see a sturgeon jump. During the summer, they occasionally have live music and the waterfront concerts are right next door. Closes for the winter.
